1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how TechTalks4u LLP and, where applicable, entities under its control process information collected through our websites, online services, forms, communications, and customer-support interactions, and information received through other business interactions.

Requests may be subject to identity verification. Where GDPR statutory deadlines apply, the Company will respond within the applicable period and may use lawful extensions where permitted.
12. California Privacy Rights / CCPA
This section supplements the Privacy Policy for California residents where the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, applies. California residents may have rights to know about categories of personal information collected, sources, purposes, recipients, and specific information; request deletion subject to exceptions; opt out of certain sales or sharing activities where applicable; and receive equal treatment for exercising statutory rights.
The Company should maintain an accessible method for submitting verifiable California consumer requests and should verify requests as required by law. The final published version should specify the approved submission channel and any applicable “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” mechanism.

Our services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from children below the minimum age required by applicable law. If we learn that such information has been collected inadvertently, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
