CALIFORNIA PRIVACY NOTICE
CCPA/CPRA Supplement | Effective 4 August 2026
1. Scope
This California Privacy Notice supplements the main Privacy Policy and applies where California privacy law provides rights to a California resident in relation to personal information processed by Tag Lead Solutions.
2. Categories of Information
Depending on how a person interacts with our services, categories may include identifiers and contact information, professional or commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation, inferences, and other categories described in the main Privacy Policy.
3. Purposes
We may use personal information to provide and administer services, communicate with individuals, operate and secure our systems, measure and improve marketing, conduct analytics, manage business relationships, comply with law, and exercise or defend legal rights.
4. Consumer Rights
- Right to know/access information covered by applicable law.
- Right to request deletion, subject to statutory exceptions.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information where applicable.
- Right to opt out of sale or sharing where applicable.
- Right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information where applicable.
- Right not to receive unlawful discriminatory treatment for exercising privacy rights.
5. Submitting a Request
California residents may submit a verifiable request using the Company’s designated privacy-request channel: dpo@techtalks4u.com. The Company may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority.
6. Sale or Sharing
The Company should publish its current, factually verified position regarding whether it sells or shares personal information as those terms are defined under applicable California law. If any processing qualifies as a sale or sharing, the Company will provide the legally required notice and opt-out mechanism.
7. Authorized Agents
Where permitted by law, a California resident may use an authorized agent to submit a request. The Company may require evidence of the agent’s authority and may separately verify the consumer’s identity.
8. Response Periods
Requests will be handled within the response periods required by applicable California law, subject to permitted extensions and verification requirements.
